In Kalispell, MT we are building a subdivision that will include 12 single family homes on a 15 acre cup de sac. A total of 8 lots have been sold. We are building on the remaining 4. Out of those 4, one property has a finished single family home, the other three have tiny houses with room for another single family home on the lot.
